This is a waltz composed by a Venezuelan orchestra conductor named Carlos Bonnet. It is favored by guitar players because of its intricate, interweaving melodies and harmonies.
This arrangement has three parts, so you can play with up to two other friends. If there are only two of you, you should play the Mandolin 1 and 2 parts, and leave out the Mandolin 3 part. You will notice that the Mandolin 2 part is almost as technically challenging as the 1 part - this makes it interesting for both musicians. All of these parts can also be played on guitar.
If you don't have anyone to join you right now, the final set of audio files includes all three parts. The Venzuelans play it very fast, at least 150 bpm.
